DESCRIPTION: eile EPX 200; with three components, with special aggregate, with low

viscosity, without solvent, with high resistance, epoxy alkali is repair and filling mortar. Eile

EPX 200 mixture is put by a trowel.

When it is used with the required

dosage it easily adheres to the surfaces

with cement.

APPLICATION: Preparing Surface: The surfaces must be clean and free from damaged,

loose concrete particles and the remaining surface must be smooth. The age of the target

concrete must be 21 days old. The surface corners that are prepared by breaking must cut

vertically as much as possible and the corrosion at the equipment must be cleaned and if

necessary new equipment must be added. If a water flow occurs on the surface, it must be

drained and must be closed by a suitable cap. The oil, paint, lime etc. residues on the

surface must be cleaned.

Application method: First, B component is added to A component and mixed for 3-4

minutes by a low rotation mixer without causing bubbles. Never add thinner. Later on, add

C component and continue till it reaches a homogeneous color. Considering the pan life

mix the material which is necessary for usage in compliance with the mixture rates.

PACKING: Sold as 24 kg set (A+B+C). A=2 kg B=:1 kg C=21 kg

STORAGE: 12 months in cool and closed place in its original closed package.

WARNING: The age of the target concrete must be 21 days old. This must not be used at

air conditions between +5°C and +30°C Use protective gloves and eyeglasses during work.
