Two component, epoxy injection resin

DESCRIPTION: eile EPX 120; two component, with low viscosity, solvent free, very high

resistant, epoxy alkali injection resin.After mixing, Eile EPX 120 is injected to cracks and

gaps in the concrete with pressure and hardens as a high resistant material.

FIELD OF USAGE: Eile EPX 120 ; is used for restoration of original monotonic structure of the

buildings and repair of thin cracks and isolation. Provides an effective water resistant layer.

Increases the stability of the concrete and provides adhesion. Columns, corners, walls, bases,

bridges, water constructions and industrial constructions are ideal places for use of eile EPX 120

CHARACTERISTICS:

?It has a very low viscosity. It can be injected with very low pressure.

?It is applied under dry and humid conditions.

?The mechanical and the adhesion resistance are extremely high.

?It can be used at low temperatures.

APPLICATION: Mixing: Both components must be mixed separately. B component (hardener) is

added to A component (main component) and mixed by a low rotation mixer without causing

bubbles. Never add thinner. Considering the pan life of the material mix the sufficient quantity of

material within the rate range. High temperature shortens the pan life of the products

Application method: Open 10-15 cm depth holes towards the cracks on the surface. The

distance between the holes depends on the crack depth.Clean the dust and the loose concrete

particles. Place your packers to the hole and close over the cracks by eile EPX 100. After one day,

connect the injection pump to the bottom packer and slowly increase the pressure. When the

material takes out from the top packer, close the previous packer and repeat the same for the

next. Keep on this work till you complete all the top packers. The pump pressure value must be

calculated separately for each work. Because the pressure value depends on the width and the

depth of the crack.

STORAGE:

12 months in cool and closed place in its special packing resistant to humidity.

WARNING: The crack width of the concrete must be maximum 3 mm and the new concrete age must be between min 3 weeks to 6 weeks and the environmental and concrete temperature must be between +5∞C and maximum +30∞C. Use protective gloves and eyeglasses during work. In case of contact with the skin, wash with immense water. In case of contact with the eyes, immediately consult to a medical doctor.
