Elastic water isolation material that can be applied to Cement acrylic based concrete and coating surfaces

DESCRIPTION
Eile Max Seal Elastic; cement based, with two components, polymer modified, protecting construction against cracks, resistant to pulling and narrowing, it is an elastically isolation material.

FIELD OF USAGE
Any kind of concrete constructions that may bent against over loading, at water tanks, at base preparing, at basement walls, at terrace and balconies, at wet places such as WC, bathroom and balcony, at swimming pools, to make a water resistant coating under ceramic tiles or water resistant coating at vertical or horizontal surfaces.

CHARACTERISTICS
Its elasticity characteristic is high.
Adherence is wonderful
It does not make narrowing or pulling.
It is resistant to both positive and negative water pressure. It can be applied to inner and outer surface of constructions.
It is suitable to use together with synthetic and glass fibbers.
It can be prepared for the forms where brush and trowel applications will be preferred.
It can be applied by injection as well.
It is resistant to freezing and corrosive salts.
It can be applied on the humid surfaces.
It is not corrosive
Ceramic or coating can be made on it.
It can be used at drinking water tanks. It does not include toxic material.

APPLICATION
Preparing Surface
The application surface must be clean. The loose particles that may decrease the adherence are all cleaned mechanically or air. The holes and the corners must be cleaned. The absorbing surfaces must be fed by water.
Mixing
Pour the powder component into the liquid component in a clean case slowly and mix till it gets a homogenous structure. The liquidity of the material can be changed by decreasing the liquid module. For trowel applications using 90% of the B module is sufficient
Application Method
The surface defaults can be repaired by Eile max Seal elastic and after complete water on the surface, when it is humid the first layer application is made. After waiting for 3-4 hours for hardening of the material, the second layer can be applied. Equal layer thickness must be applied for each level of layer. Necessary precautions must be taken when the air is windy or very hot.

CONSUMPTION
Depending on the application surface 2,5-3 kg/m2 (for both layers)

ATTENTION
For a single layer application, the thickness must not exceed 2 mm for brush and 5 mm for trowel. Protect from direct sun light. The top must be coated by a cap or ceramic tiles
For out surface applications for the first 24 hours , It must be preserved against direct sun light, wind, freezing and rain.

PACKING
A Module at humidity resistant craft paper bags of 20 kg .
B Module at plastic drums of 10 lt

STORAGE
12 months in cool and closed place in its special humidity resistant packing.

WARNING
Application must not be made at temperatures cold (<+5�) and hot(>+30�). Necessary precautions must be made for material not to loose its water rapidly. Use protective gloves and eyeglasses during work. In case of contact with the skin, wash with immense water. In case of contact with the eyes, immediately consult to a medical doctor.
