DESCRIPTION: eile Grout 50 C self-levelling, widens without rotre, high resistant grout

mortar. Eile Grout 50 C is ready to use, in powder form and only water is added. It is a water

mortar that repairs cracks and bending at fresh and hard places. It is water resistant and

stable. It has strong adhesion to steel and cement. It does not include metal agrega and

chloride.

CHARACTERISTICS: Solution is obtained which does not become rough having super fluency

and plenty of flowing for 20 - 25 sec at conic experiment made by mixture of 20% water. Water

out coming is not seen. The completed tests showed 0,3% widening. This value is below the

permitted standards. Eile Grout 50C widening occurs at plastic and pre hardening periods and

completed within 12 hours. Water leaking is not seen at samples, although 20 atmospheric

pressure is given.

APPLICATION: Preparing Machine and Base. Before placing the machine the loose, damaged

parts and particles must be cleaned in the concrete and the surface must be roughed by a cutter

and any kind of foreign materials such as grease oil, oil dust that are on the screw and base

plate. The machine is placed and its position and the correctness must be made and after that

this position must not be changed. If the adjustment woods need to be taken out they must be

greased lightly. After completing the placement and adjustment of machine, at least 6 hours

before the application the base concrete must be fed with water. The plenty water must be

cleaned on the heated surfaces.

Preparing Molds: The molds must be prepared as not to absorb free water and water resistant

and must be mounted as resistable to forces that may occur during process. Pouring gap of 15

cm must be left at the application place where base plate and the mold settle. 5 cm gap is

enough for other parts To provide the pressure for disperse of solution, the mold height can be

decreased when required.

Mixing: The proposed mixture water is added into mixer and the mixer runs. During mixing,

hand driller can be used with a suitable tip. Eile GROUT 50 C pack must be poured into water

quickly without any break. After emptying the pack, you may go on mixing for 2 - 3 minutes. The

mortar must be well mixed and it mustn? have any collected dry parts.

Application method: Solution pouring must be continuous and vibrator must not be used, To

prevent the air bubbles, it is enough to pour from a single side. It mustn? be poured from two

sides. You must provide fully fill the gap between the base floor and the base plate. The open

surfaces must be protected for 24 hours against water loss. Application can be made between

+5 - +30 Celsius degree temperature.
