DESCRIPTION: Eile Power WT 1, is mortar with two
compounds and high performance, tiksotrophic and
fast cured new generation Hybrid anchoring and
mounting.
FIELD OF USAGE: Anchorage of equipment and
stabbing Fixing connection rods
Sticking natural stones , steel and wood to each other
CHARACTERISTICS: Easy to apply, Required
compound is obtained by the help of static mixer,
There is no loss, Fast cure is obtained, High resistance
in a short time , With its vinyl ester structure, it shows
high resistance against acidic and alkali circumstances
and high temperature.
APPLICATION:
If this will be applied to cement, the cement must be
minimum 28 days old. The suitable radius hole must
be drilled on the applied element. Any kind of loose
material in the must be cleaned by a brush or compressed air.
The mixer tip must be fixed to the tip of the eile Power WT1 cartridge and must be
squeezed by special gun till it gains a homogenous color. The first outcoming product
from the mixer must not be used. The hole must be filled starting from the bottom to top
till half way and the connection element must be placed by rotating. The outpouring
material must be cleared away immediately before freezing. The element must nut be
touched or used till it gets full hardening.
