2 part thixotropic, epoxy repair and anchoring mounting resin

DESCRIPTION: eile EPX 100 is a solvent free, thixotropic, structural two part

adhesive and repair mortar based on high resistant fillers and epoxy resins. The paste

form of eile EPX provides easy and practical usage at different conditions. It is used for

fixation of injection packers, anchoring in concrete, rod anchoring and adhesion

different materials to each other.

?Anchoring in concrete and stone walls

?Sticking and mounting metal or steel parts to concrete and steel elements. Using as a

structural glue.

?Repair of concrete, usage for splits and as a filler

?Fixation of the fences of bridges and viaducts.

?Anchoring of cap screws and pins

?Sticking elastic dilatation stripes (eile FC 805 system)

?The mixed compound does not flow and it is in paste form. Suitable for top to bottom

usage.

APPLICATION: Preparing The Surface: The surfaces must be clean and free from

dust, oil, water and construction residues. For anchoring usages, the anchoring holes

must be dry and free from dust, oil and water. The steel surfaces must be cleaned by

sand.

Mixing: The components must be mixed by low rotated mixer for 3 - 4 minutes till

providing soft form. The rate of the mixture must be A:3 B:1.High temperature may shorten the pan life of the material so the sufficient quantity of the adhesive must be prepared by considering the temperature of he application material.Application: The mixed material is applied by trowel, spatula or hand. When using material for repair purposes the maximum thickness of the material must be 30 mm in the form. In case of

using for rod anchoring or bud sowing, regarding the usage of depth, the usage part must be dipped into eile EPX 100 and automatic adhesion is provided and placed by rotating in the hole. When the work is completed all equipments must be cleaned.

ATTENTION: When over temperature is applied although we do not advise, the usage period will decrease. At the same time , while working under low temperature the usage of the material will be difficult and the hardening time will be longer.Use protective gloves and eyeglasses during work. In case of contact with the skin, wash with immense water. In case of contact with the eyes, immediately consult to a medical doctor.

PACKING: Sold as 5 kg set (A+B). A module is in 3,75 kg box and B module is at 1,25 kg box.
